Yes. You never pay anything. If anyone asks you for a fee, deposit or “activation” in our name, it's a scam — report it to us. Here's how to spot survey scams.

In PayPal, convert your USD balance to PHP — GCash cash-in uses pesos. (If PHP isn’t listed, add it as a currency in PayPal first.) Partners can reverse rewards for fraud or low-quality answers for a while after completion. Larger rewards and rewards on new accounts stay pending for 7 days before you can withdraw them; until your first payout, rewards stay pending for 14 days. Your Activity page shows the date each amount becomes available.

Rewards come from the partner, not from us. Open the same wall and use its “Support” or “Missing reward” button, including proof if possible. Some offers take up to 48 hours to confirm.

Researchers need specific demographics. Screen-outs are normal — some partners pay a small amount for them. Answer honestly; inconsistent answers lead to bans on the partner's side.

No. Partners block VPN, proxy and emulator traffic, and rewards earned that way are reversed. Accounts that repeatedly use VPNs are closed.

Yes, each adult can have their own account. Because shared devices/Wi-Fi can look like duplicate accounts, we may ask for extra verification before paying.

Our research partners only accept adults, and payouts are only allowed to adults.

No. Ad networks forbid paying people to view or click ads, so we don't offer it. Video tasks inside partner walls are fine — those are run by the partners themselves.

Levels are based on your lifetime partner earnings: Bronze, Silver +2%, Gold +4%, Platinum +6%. A daily streak counts every day you earn at least 50 coins: 3 days +2%, 7 days +5%. Bonuses are added on top of every partner reward and stack. If a partner reverses a reward, its bonus is removed too.
