Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Kita ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts or accounts created for others are not allowed.
- You must provide accurate information, including your country of residence.
2. How rewards work
- Surveys, offers and tasks are provided by third-party partners ("Partners"). Partners decide whether an activity qualifies for a reward.
- Rewards are credited as coins (1,000 coins = US$1.00) after the Partner confirms completion.
- Partners may reverse a reward (e.g. for fraud, low-quality answers or chargebacks). We deduct reversed rewards from your balance, which can become negative.
- Some rewards are held as "pending" for a safety period before they can be withdrawn.
- Coins have no cash value until withdrawn under these Terms and cannot be transferred between accounts.
3. Prohibited activity
- Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts or automation.
- Providing false, random or inconsistent survey answers.
- Self-referral, referral spam, or promising specific earnings to others.
- Attempting to manipulate postbacks, balances or any part of the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules and withhold balances earned through prohibited activity.
4. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed manually on scheduled payout days published on the site. Each method has a minimum amount.
- You are responsible for entering correct payout details. Payments sent to details you provided cannot be recovered by us.
- We may request additional verification before paying, and may delay or reject a withdrawal we reasonably believe is fraudulent. Rejected withdrawals are returned to your balance unless linked to prohibited activity.
- Local-currency amounts are estimates; the final amount uses our exchange rate on the payout day.
5. Earnings disclaimer
Kita is not employment, a business opportunity or an investment. We make no guarantee about how much you will earn. Earnings depend on your location, demographics, Partner availability and the time you spend. Examples shown on the site are illustrative and not typical results. We never ask members to pay fees, deposits or investments.
6. Advertising
Some public pages show third-party ads. You are never rewarded for viewing or clicking ads, and ads are not required to earn.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms, payout schedules, minimums or rates with notice on the site. You may close your account at any time; balances below the withdrawal minimum at closure are forfeited.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the value of your withdrawable balance.
9. Ask Kita client terms
These apply to organisations and people who run surveys through Ask Kita (“clients”).
- Content rules. Surveys may not ask respondents for names, phone numbers, email or home addresses, ID numbers or social-media accounts; may not sell, advertise, share promo codes or recruit for jobs, MLM or investments; may not link to other websites; and may not target or ask about minors. We review every survey before it goes live and may refuse, pause or close any survey.
- Prepaid credit. Credit is added after we confirm your PayPal payment. The full budget of a survey (responses × price) is reserved when it goes live; the unused part is returned to your balance when it closes. Credit does not expire and is not converted back to cash except where required by law or at our discretion.
- Quality and review window. Responses that fail our automatic checks (attention and speed checks) are not charged. You may flag a completed response as low quality within the review window shown in your dashboard (currently 7 days); flagged responses are not charged and the respondent’s reward is reversed. Please flag only genuinely careless answers — misuse may lead to suspension.
- Results. You receive answers and anonymous totals. We never give you respondents’ identities or contact details, and demographic groups smaller than 5 people are merged. You must not try to identify respondents.
- Responsibility. You are responsible for your questions, any ethics approval your research requires, and how you use the results.
