Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, country, birth year, hashed password.
• Payout data: the e-wallet number, PayPal email or crypto address and account-holder name you submit.
• Security data: IP address, approximate location, browser user-agent and a device hash, used to prevent fraud and duplicate accounts.
• Activity data: rewards, reversals and withdrawals on your account.
• Survey profile (optional): birth day and month, gender, and postal code you give during onboarding. We never ask for your street address.

How we use it

• To run your account, credit rewards and send payouts.
• To detect fraud, VPN use and duplicate accounts.
• To email you about your account (verification, payouts). We don't send marketing without consent.

Survey matching (your choice)

If you turn on survey matching, we send your birth date, gender (unless you chose “prefer not to say”), country, postal code and email to survey partners such as CPX Research when you open their wall, so they can invite you to surveys you qualify for without asking again. It is off until you switch it on, and you can switch it off anytime from your Account page. Payout details are never shared with survey partners.

Who we share it with

When you open a partner wall, the partner receives your anonymous Member ID and, where required for survey matching, your country and basic profile. Partners collect additional data under their own privacy policies. Current partners: Torox, Lootably, ayeT-Studios, Monlix, Timewall, Offery, BitcoTasks, Wannads, CPX Research, RapidoReach, BitLabs.

Payment providers (e.g. PayPal and local banks or e-wallets such as GCash, DANA, Touch ’n Go, MoMo or TrueMoney) receive the payout details needed to send your money. We never sell your personal data.

Ask Kita surveys

Ask Kita surveys are run by Kita for outside clients (students, businesses and brands). Your profile (country, age, gender, postal code) is used inside Kita only to decide which surveys you qualify for — it is not sent to the client. Clients receive your answers together with other members’ answers and anonymous totals by age group, gender and region; groups smaller than 5 people are merged, and your name, email and account are never shared. Don’t include personal details in open-text answers.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We also load Google Analytics to count visits and how public pages are used (pages viewed, country, device). Google may set its own cookies; see Google's privacy policy. Public pages may load third-party ad scripts that set their own cookies.

Retention & your rights

We keep account and payout records while your account is active. When you delete your account we erase your profile, email, login and security data; payout and reward records are kept, without your name or email, as long as accounting and fraud-prevention rules require. You can download all your data or delete your account yourself from the Account page (or request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]).
